Today’s updates focus on removing friction and improving how our visitors feel recognized.

CSV Exports: Dashboard data can now be exported to CSV in addition to our usual reports.
Event Organization: Events and sessions are now split into “Past” and “Future” in the backend to help organizers manage high volumes of gatherings.
Sidebar Shortcuts: Added a direct registration link to the event overview sidebar for faster access to the visitor-facing page.

The Printer App: Now fully deployed and okay to use. We will roll this out per location. The old way of using Dymo WebServices will remain for the coming time, but you can all start installing the GatherUs Desktop app. Every Indication is that it’s significantly more stable and faster.
Participant List Improvements: Prioritized visitors with profile pictures, added clearer check-in indicators, and enabled scroll-position memory when viewing profiles.
SEO & Social Visibility: Optimized links and graphics for social media crawlers to make communities more findable and improve the browsing experience. With this you can also add a Graphic That represents your community, for pages where pictures are lacking. See attached link in this message.
Speaker Photo Fallback: If a speaker lacks a visitor profile photo, the system now defaults to their speaker image to ensure they stay recognized.

User ID instead of not-unique visitor ID
Survey versioning
In reports, we now show the visit number (which visit it was)
Profile/survey data edition
Event registration happens automatically after login (no need to click ‘register’ again)

Networking added: participants visible both before and during the event
Profile updates: change photo + profile visibility settings
Fix: session registration works now for users registered to the event without answering questions
